What is the dress code for the Awards dinner?
Black tie or cocktail wear.
Where will the Drinks Reception and Awards Dinner be held?
The Drinks Reception will take place in the Conservatory and the Awards Dinner will be in the Empress Suite.
At what time does the Drinks Reception start?
19:00
What time is the Awards Dinner?
The dinner will be served at 19.45. The Awards Presentation follows immediately after the dinner.
When does DPA have to receive payment for my Awards dinner booking?
Payment must be received before 1 October 2009. If you cannot meet this deadline, you must inform Sarah Gooch beforehand.
What if I can no longer attend?
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
Before 1 August - 30% admin fee will be held back on total booking price
After 24 August - 50% will be held back on total booking price
After 1 September - no refund
Delegates can send someone else in their place, at no additional charge

Reservations: The DPA has negotiated a discounted price for rooms at the hotel, at £125. This is based on per room, per night and is subject to 15% VAT. All rooms are ensuite, include breakfast, internet access and temporary membership to the hotel’s leisure features.

How do I get there?
By Car Secure on-site car parking spaces for residents available in hotel's own car park, charges applicable. A range of NCP car parks are adjacent to the hotel and nearby for non-residents. Multimap link
By Train
The nearest stations is Brighton. Direct trains run from London (1hr) and Gatwick (20mins). It is a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Taxis are available outside the station.
